
Weeknight Fajitas w/ Lime Crema

Easy weeknight 30 min recipe, Serve with Homade Pico De Gallo and Gucamole.
What you need
Method

1. Make Guacamole and Pico De Gallo First and set aside.

1. Marinate Chicken
- Thinly slice chickenĀ
- Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp mexican seasoning to a medium bowl
- Add chicken to bowl, mix to completely coat chicken and set aside
- Clean cutting board with soap and water before slicing vegetables

2. Gather and Prepare Ingredients
- Peel and slice onion into 1/4 inch slices
- Remove core and seeds from peppers and slice into 1/4 inch slices
- Juice and zest lime

3. Cook
- Heat large pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp oil to pan
- Add chicken to pan and cook about 3 minutes
- Add vegetables to pan with chicken and cook 6 minutes more.

4. Lime Crema
- Mix together lime juice and lime zest with sour cream.

5. Assemble
- Serve fajita mixture with lime crema and optional guacamole and pico de gallo in tortilla.
