- 2 tbsp Chaotic Housewife Perfect Cream Sauce Blend

Basic White Sauce
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add Chaotic Housewife Cream Sauce Blend, cook for 30 seconds
- Add Milk

Cheese Sauce Variation
- Prepare as above
- Mix in 1.5 cups of any type of cheese (Chedder, Swiss, Gruyere, Blue Cheese, Parmesian)
- Stir until cheese is melted
- Reccomended over vegetables or pasta

Curry Sauce Variation
- Prepare two tablespoons of chutney with large pieces cut small
- Prepare as in basic recipe but add 1 tsp curry powder to melted butter
- When sauce is done stir in chutney
- Serve over Fish or Poultry

Herb Garlic Variation
- mince or grate 2 garlic cloves
- Add garlic and 1 tsp Herbs de Province to melted butter
- finish preparing basic cream sauce
- serve over vegetables or poultry

Lemon Chive Variation
- Prepare 2 tblsp finely sliced chives and 1 tblsp lemon rind zest
- Mix lemon zest and chives with Cream sauce blend
- Prepare as in Basic Cream Sauce
- Serve over Poultry or Fish
