Instructions

  1. Basic White Sauce
    1. Melt butter in saucepan
    2. Add Chaotic Housewife Cream Sauce Blend, cook for 30 seconds
    3. Add Milk
    4.  
  1. Cheese Sauce Variation
    1. Prepare as above
    2. Mix in 1.5 cups of any type of cheese (Chedder, Swiss, Gruyere, Blue Cheese, Parmesian)
    3. Stir until cheese is melted 
    4. Reccomended over vegetables or pasta
  1. Curry Sauce Variation
    1. Prepare two tablespoons of chutney with large pieces cut small
    2. Prepare as in basic recipe but add 1 tsp curry powder to melted butter
    3. When sauce is done stir in chutney
    4. Serve over Fish or Poultry
  1. Herb Garlic Variation
    1. mince or grate 2 garlic cloves
    2. Add  garlic and 1 tsp Herbs de Province to melted butter
    3. finish preparing basic cream sauce
    4. serve over vegetables or poultry
  1. Lemon Chive Variation
    1. Prepare 2 tblsp finely sliced chives and 1 tblsp lemon rind zest
    2. Mix lemon zest and chives with Cream sauce blend
    3. Prepare as in Basic Cream Sauce
    4. Serve over Poultry or Fish
